About the Role
We are seeking a Calibration Technician to support our service operations from our newly established, on-site office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and test precision ultrasonic instrumentation, ensuring every product meets UE Systems' quality standards before it is returned to our customers. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
To support your success, you will travel to UE Systems' headquarters in the Netherlands for approximately two weeks of hands-on technical training at the start of your employment. During this training, you will learn UE Systems' products, calibration procedures, repair techniques, quality standards, and service processes before returning to provide local technical support throughout the Middle East.
As the first Calibration Technician based in our Saudi Arabia office, you will play an important role in expanding UE Systems' regional service capabilities. While working independently on a day-to-day basis, you will be supported by our experienced global service organization and will follow the proven standards, processes, and best practices established across UE Systems.
